Linking Policy Agreement
This Agreement governs the limited permission Sacramento Design Network (called from now on in this document “Brand”) grants for establishing a hyperlink between a user’s website and the “Brand’s” website www.sacdesignet.com (called from now on in this document “Site”). The “Brand” is the Sacramento Design Network, Inc. brand featured on the Site. By creating a hyperlink between your website and the Site, you agree to be subject to this Agreement. So, if you are willing to agree to the following requirements (and submit the information required below), you may link to our site:
- A. This Agreement applies only to the Site.
- B. You may link by using only standard text hyperlinks.. You may not link by using any trademark, service mark, logo, or other proprietary images, brand names, icons or other intellectual property of the Brand either on the Site or in any website source code (such as a meta tag) and no such rights are granted herein.
- C. You agree that each site on which the link will appear shall conform and be in compliance with the following guidelines:
- 1. Each site will comply with the laws, local industry codes and regulations, including any limitations or restrictions, imposed by the governments of the markets in which our products or your products are marketed or sold.
- 2. No site will use religious or other cultural symbols in a way that is likely to offend a particular religious or ethnic group.
- 3. No site will use sexual slang, situations or depictions, or exploit the human form in any manner that offends local standards of decency.
- 4. You agree not to use the link on any website that disparages the Brand, the Site, or the Brand’s products or services, or which infringes on the Brand’s or Sacramento Design Network, Inc.’s or its affiliates’ intellectual property or other rights.
- 5. You agree not to use the link on any website that contains, or links to any other websites that contain obscene, discriminatory, offensive, political or pornographic material of any kind.
- 6. You may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Sites.
- 7. You may link to the Site only by accepting this Agreement and by providing the information requested in the registration form below.
- 8. You agree to indemnify and hold the owners of the Brand and its affiliates (called from now on in this document “Brand and Affiliates”) harmless from and against any claims for damages or other claims, asserted against the Brand and Affiliates, including, without limitation all indirect liability claims, consequential damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees) arising your website being linked to the Site.
- 9. The Brand reserves the right to put an end to this Agreement and to seek the appropriate remedies against any of your action that does not conform to these terms and conditions.
- 10. You agree that you have entered into this Agreement by your own free will, and that you will not challenge the validity of this Agreement or its binding effect or enforceability.
- 11. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately remove the link from your website(s).
- 12. You agree that, by using the Site, you will follow the rules and regulations present in the Privacy policy and terms of use, present as links on the homepage of the Site.
